Pastor Rick Perrine

Rick Perrine became pastor of Ripley Baptist Temple in March of 1999.  He was saved at the age of 16 in 1972 at the Mount Pleasant Baptist Church in Elkview, WV.  Pastor Rick met his wife Cindy while attending Bible College.

They were married in 1977 in Cindy’s hometown of Abingdon, Virginia.  Rick and Cindy Perrine have faithfully served in the ministry since 1978.  They have one son, Matt and four grandchildren.

“We are blessed and happy to serve the Lord at the Ripley Baptist Temple.  The Lord has been so good to our family all these years.  God has done wonderful things here in the past and we are expecting Him to do even greater things in the future. The future is as bright as the promise of God!”

Pastor Grant Garber

Assistant Pastor Grant Garber

Grant Garber was saved at the age of thirteen in his home in Ravenswood, WV.  He answered the call to preach at the age of nineteen.

He attended Crown College inPowell, TN, where he received a degree in Youth Ministries.

Pastor Grant met his wife Rachael in Bible college, and in 2002, shortly after graduation, they were married.

The Garbers were called to serve at Ripley Baptist Temple in 2003. Pastor Grant considers it a “privilege to serve as Youth Director in his home church.”

Grant and Rachael have three daughters: Madison, Ashlyn, and Emelia.
